What this site is

This site describes the Keep the Split independent sales agent program and lets you apply to it. It is an invitation to apply, not an offer of a contract or of any particular compensation.

Nothing here is a contract or an earnings promise

Everything on this site is a general description of the program and is subject to change without notice. The only terms that bind either of us are the ones in a signed written agent agreement.

The role is an independent contractor sales position, not employment. Compensation is entirely commission and residual based. There is no base salary, no guaranteed income, and no benefits. Individual earnings depend on individual sales results and vary. Nothing on this site is a guarantee, projection, or representation of any level of income.

Applying

You agree that the information and files you submit are accurate, are yours to submit, and do not breach any agreement or obligation you have with a current or former employer or principal. Submitting an application creates no obligation on either side, and we may decline any application for any lawful reason.

There is never a fee to apply and we never require you to buy leads, equipment, training, or a starter kit.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to submit unlawful, misleading, or infringing content, to submit automated or bulk applications, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, or to interfere with its operation.

Our content

The text, design, logos, and images on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.

Availability and disclaimer

The site is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of it.

How we handle what you submit is set out in our privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
